Please list the kinds of activities you were involved in as a C.R. in 2007, ie: Society meetings; lectures; public pruning demonstrations; Rose Shows; community activities; number of written articles; local and District Offices held; District and National Conferences attended. Please include some specifics.
   
Please define the basics of Integrated Pest Management.
   
If you were asked advice on how to prune a hybrid tea, a climber, a floribunda and a miniature, what type of instruction would you use? What handouts and types of tools would you use? What information on the differences in the roses, care of tools, or "hands-on" technique would you give?
   
What information would you offer a novice rose grower who wants to purchase roses for his or her garden? List at least one hybrid tea, one floribunda, one miniature, and one climber that grows well in your area stressing those that are hardy, disease resistant, and fragrant.
   
As a C.R., how would you contribute to the success of a Rose Show?
   
If asked for advice on the treatment of Blackspot, Rust, or Powdery Mildew using chemicals or other means, what would be your approach? Cover safety and rotation of chemicals used. List precautions in using, storing, and disposal of pesticides.
   
Frequently, C.R.s are asked for advice on amending the soil. What type of information would you give, covering mulch, fertilizers, and soil testing.
   
If you were approached by a person who had a sample of a diseased rose and a pest in a jar but you couldn't identify either, how would you handle the situation?
   
If you feel that being an active C.R. is too demanding, would you consider a change of status to Emeritus? Please state your reason why or why not. .
   
Do you have any suggestions on how to make the C.R. Program more effective and challenging?
